SGB Contractors is proud to be a Virginia home builder. Quality, care, and attention to detail are the guiding principles that have enabled SGB Contractors to satisfy many customers. In 2001 our construction  business began with the craftsmanship of modular homes and since has grown to encompass custom stick built homes, remodels, renovations, restoration, and small commercial projects. In 2006, SGB Contractors began developing new neighborhoods in the Chesapeake, VA community.
