Modular-built Homes
In 2009, SGB Contractors partnered with Haven Homes to bring the first green modular home to Culpepper Landing in Chesapeake, Virginia. The project was featured in the 2009 Homearama Show.
The home was delivered approximately 80% completed then finished on site by SGB Contractors. The principles of quality control operate at all levels of the modular construction process. From material inspection before construction begins to dimensional and leveling checks at each phase of operation, quality will always be key.

Homearama not only showcases area builders but highlights cutting-edge technology and the latest in building.
One example is this year's modular home, The Whitaker, which SGB Homes had built off-site and delivered to the neighborhood in sections.
